Overview

The flexible long-chain structure of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber allows bullet impact energy to be rapidly dispersed over a larger area, thereby reducing the indentation depth of the ballistic vest and minimizing non-penetrating injuries caused by impact.

Ballistic vests made from continuous unidirectional (UD) fabric of different specifications are soft and comfortable, lightweight and well-fitted, with remarkable bulletproof performance. They meet domestic GA141-2010 standard and US NIJ standard requirements for bulletproof protection.

Key Features

- Continuous UD non-woven fabric panels — no seam weak points

- Protected area: 0.32 m² (standard); custom dimensions on request

- Meets China GA141-2010 Level II and Level III

- Meets US NIJ IIIA (9mm, .357 SIG, .44 Magnum)

- SF102 series: combined ballistic + stab protection in a single panel

- Available with or without outer cover carrier

Ballistic Vest — Model Specifications

Four models available: WB422B, WB532, WB534, and SF102 (bulletproof + stab-resistant).

SF102 integrates both bulletproof and stab-resistant protection in a single soft panel, meeting GA141-2010 and GA68-2008 dual-standard simultaneously.

Wing Count = number of UD fabric layers used in the panel assembly. Higher count = higher areal density = higher protection level.
